The fine for smoking in a Non-Smoking room or any Non-Smoking area is $250.00.  This charge will be automatically posted to your guest room folio. 

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service.  The Econo Lodge Inn & Suites has designated all exterior rooms and interior areas of the property as "non-smoking".  This includes but is not limited to, all public space, food and beverage outlets, back of house, and office areas. 

In order to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we have developed the following guidelines for our guests who smoke.  Please do not smoke in any Room or interior space, not designated as a proper smoking area. 

We have designated areas located on the property.  Designated area(s) are located on the deck (near the pool).  Please ask a front desk associate for assistance or questions.

What measures will the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites take to enforce the 100% Smoke Free Policy? 

The policy is integrated into our quality assurance process.  All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy.  For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel.  Signs of smoking include, evidence of cigarette butts, ash, smell, and smoke lingering in the room. 

Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building.  There is a significant room recovery fee ($250.00) for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

We aim to maintain all rooms and areas that are designated non-smoking to remain that way.  Every time a guest smokes in a room/area, housekeeping must perform time consuming duties to ensure that the guest room/area is ready for any future guests.
